A new additon to the SoloAdvance portfolio of services, job maintenance allows users to create maintenance jobs whilst on-site from within their mobile applications or via head office.
These maintenance rasks are then automatically routed and sent to the engineer responsible for the site in question. This means that both the service department and the actual engineers have got advance and timely information about new jobs that have been raised.
On arrival on-site the engineers imply touches his phone to the service RFID tag to retrieve the task in question (and any other uncompleted tasks for this location).
The engineer can then record how the job was fixed, partially fixed or left un-touched. Details of the fix are then stored agains the original job to provide KPI and service level performance information.
