Mobile-e-Solutions Ltd are pleased to announce that AM Support Services has deployed our latest rostering product – now called “SoloTimePlan” – into their business operation.
SoloTimePlan is the product of a joint development between Mobile-e-Solutions and Chorley-based technology firm, HT Projects, to bring a new fully integrated time-planning and rostering system to new and existing clients.
SoloTimePlan is an innovative new product that allows businesses to fully plan staff schedules and ‘whereabouts’ from a central system before sending the information out to staff in the field via SMS, E-mail or Mobile Internet.
This completely trackable and paperless system uses the existing Mobile-e-Solutions mobile phone technology (SoloAdvance) which tracks the location of staff members for general management and lone worker protection purposes. It feeds back data to the central reporting system via the e-time plan – meaning the need to manually fill out time sheets is eliminated. This also ensures 100% accuracy when recording how much time the individual worked on the project in hand.
Security Operations Director of AM Support Services, Greg O’Brien said: “We already utilise the SoloAdvance technology for providing proof of attendance and tracking the productivity of lone and remote workers. This new system, however, means that we can plan detailed working schedules (across all our clients) that can be communicated to each individual team member quickly and efficiently. We no longer need to wrestle with manual spreadsheets on a daily basis, staff absenses and redeployments are simple and quick to re-schedule and the previously time-consuming production of payroll is now automatic. This will allow our security division to grow and prosper. ”
In addition to the rostering solution, SoloTimePlan also provides a CRM front end to allow businesses with a high staff turnover, such as those in the security and homecare industries, to remotely access a database of current, past and potential staff complete with details of accreditations and skill sets. Greg O’Brien says “This part of SoloTimePlan is invaluable in a high staff turnover business like ours. We keep details of all candidates (past, present and potential) on file so that when we need someone to fill an urgent vacancy with a particular skill set in a particular location, we have all the information to hand.
